We want to celebrate Thanksgiving in the American way. Let us start with a pumpkin soup. We do not want to roast a whole turkey, however, cook a dinner with roasted turkey breast with mashed potatoes, gravy and vegs and of course the typical cranberry sauce.
The dessert ... let yourself be surprised. Too many cooks (do not) spoil the broth. While cooking let us chat about various issues.
